SDH provides access to essential gender affirming products which can be life-changing, and have previously been difficult to access in Australia, as well as resources and information. It also supports other trans and gender diverse brands.

SDH runs a Pay It Forward program, providing free gender-affirming products to those who can’t afford them. They have provided free gender-affirming gear to hundreds of people across Australia and New Zealand.
