Refunds
At Merch Jungle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of delivery of your order.

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Items purchased via gift card, marked as sale or that are custom-made (including print on demand) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Refunds

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@merchjungle.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Please note your original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Exchanges and Credit Notes
We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged (not for change of mind).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you would prefer a credit note to a refund please let us know when you reach out and we can provide this for you (minus shipping costs).
Damaged Items

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.Ā
