Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout and usually arrives within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over a certain threshold. Flat-rate standard shipping is available for smaller orders. Exact rates are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Orders & Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and limited-edition releases may be final sale. Please contact us to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@merchjungle.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so we can't always make changes. Please contact us immediately at hello@merchjungle.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Payment & Afterpay

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay lets you split your purchase into 4 equal fortnightly payments with no interest. Simply select Afterpay at checkout. You must be 18+ and have a valid debit or credit card to use Afterpay.

Is it safe to shop on Merch Jungle?

Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your details are never stored on our servers.

Products

Are your products official merchandise?

Yes — everything sold on Merch Jungle is 100% official, licensed merchandise sourced directly from artists, labels, and authorised distributors.

What sizes do you stock?

Most apparel is available from S to XXL, though sizing varies by product. Check the individual product page for available sizes. If a size is sold out, use the "Notify Me" feature to be alerted when it's back.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We restock popular items where possible, but some limited-edition and exclusive items are one-time runs. Sign up to our newsletter or use the "Notify Me" button on product pages to stay in the loop.
