Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Merch Jungle. A pre-order item is one that hasn’t arrived in stock yet but can be secured ahead of time by placing an order.

Purchasing a pre-order ensures your item is reserved before the item becomes available online, helping you avoid missing out if it sells out quickly.

1. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item.

2. Estimated Delivery Date

• Estimated release dates are listed on each product page. Please keep in mind that these dates are approximate and may change due to factors like production or shipping delays.

3. Change of Mind and Cancellations

• Change of Mind cancellation can be processed withing 7 days of purchase, after this point we are unable to process a cancellation however you may return the order in accordance with our Return Policy.
  
• Refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
• Items purchased via gift card, marked as sale are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Product Availability and Changes

• While we do our best to fulfil all pre-orders on time, availability and release dates are subject to change. If a product experiences a delay or the release date is updated by the artist, the revised date will be treated as the new estimated arrival.
• In the event we're unable to fulfil your pre-order due to stock issues, you'll be notified and offered either an alternative item or a full refund.
• In rare instances, there may be modifications to the product specifications or design. We will inform you of any significant changes and provide options if you wish to proceed or cancel your pre-order.

5. Shipping and Handling

• Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and will be included in your total pre-order price.
• Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. Changes to the shipping address after the pre-order has been placed may not be possible.
• Pre-order items will be shipped together with any other products purchased in the same transaction, once the pre-order item has been released. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

6. Faulty Products and Support

• Faulty or damaged products are covered under our standard Refund policy once delivered.
