Due to recent changes in US import tariffs, certain items (include pre-orders) may incur additional duties or fees. These charges are not included in the checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Any refusal to pay duties or accept delivery may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you with a refund, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Returns Policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that this does not apply to sale items or items purchased with gift cards.
