Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?

No. By default, all domestic orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place without requiring a signature. Once left at your address, the parcel is considered delivered.

If you prefer to require a signature, you can update your delivery preferences in the AusPost app
