All prices for US Fans include the required import duties, including Tariff fees. This means no surprises at checkout or Customs.

Order Processing Times

At Merch Jungle, we understand you're eager to receive your items. We aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.  During peak times, this duration may extend to 3 to 5 working days due to an increased volume of orders.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will include all the details you need to track your order.

If your order contains both a pre-order item and another product, both items will be shipped together.  

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing and dispatch on print on demand items. Processing times may vary depending on demand.

Duty Fees & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Australia, the destination country may apply duty fees and import taxes. These charges are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. The fees depend on the import regulations of the destination country. 

For further details, please reach out to your local customs office. While most of our orders are not subject to import taxes, we want to inform you that such charges may apply.

Due to US import tariffs, certain items (include pre-orders) may incur additional duties or fees. These charges are not included in the checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Any refusal to pay duties or accept delivery may result in the package being returned (see Return to Sender below), abandoned, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Lost Items

Occasionally  things can get lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged once they leave our care, however, we will do everything we can to assist you with any lost items. Please lodge a claim with the carrier first before reaching out to us. If your tracking link says that the item has been delivered, please check first with your local post office.

Damaged Items 

We are not responsible for damage that occurs once it leaves our warehouse. Minor postal damage such as seam splits, corner dings, cracks and creases and slight warps that do not affect the use of the merchandise cannot be returned. 

Return To Sender

If an order is returned to sender (for example: an incomplete/incorrect address, a delivery refusal, or the parcel not being collected from a post office/locker within the carrier’s hold period), we’ll contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Unless the return is due to an error by the carrier, you can choose either:

  1. Store credit for the order value, minus the original shipping fee and any return-to-sender fees charged to us; or

  2. Reshipment at your expense, including any return-to-sender fees plus the new shipping cost.

Please respond within 7 days of our email. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll issue store credit (less any return-to-sender and original shipping fees).

Authority to Leave (ATL)

You do not need to be home to accept delivery as all orders are placed with Authority to Leave (ATL) selected by default. 

This means the courier will not require a signature for delivery, and will leave the parcel in a safe place. You agree that the parcel is deemed delivered when left at your address.
