Pre sale items:
Heads up! If your order contains a pre sale item and another product, both items will be shipped together.
Processing Times:
At Merch Jungle, we understand you're eager to receive your items. We aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak times, this duration may extend to 3 to 5 working days due to an increased volume of orders.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will include all the details you need to track your order.
Shipping Times:
Domestic (tracked):
2-4 business days to most metro areas in Australia3-6 business days to non-metro areas in Australia
International shipping (tracked):
2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)
2-8 weeks to most other areas
Returns
We’re happy to offer 30 day returns on any non-sale, unworn, original conditioned items. If you've received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, firstly….our apologies. We'll do our best to fix it asap! Please use the contact us form to get in touch. Alternatively email hello@merchjungle.com and we'll get back to you with instructions.
Shipping Vinyl
We take care in shipping vinyl and do everything in our power to package it so it arrives to you in one piece in as good condition as possible. We use rigid cardboard mailers (less plastic) and seal using high vis 'fragile' tape for good measure.Lost & Damaged Items
Unfortunately things can occasionally get damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged once they leave our care. However, we will be able provide assistance by lodging claims with the carrier on your behalf. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed. Please note this process can take 6-8 weeks.
