We ship all in stock products within 48 hours mon-fri.

However as you can appreciate due to Covid19 there may be some delay in normal service.
*Heads up! If your order contains a pre sale item and another product, both items will be shipped together.
Domestic (Australia) shipping (tracked):
2-3 business days to most metro areas in Australia
3-5 business days to non-metro areas in Australia
International shipping (tracked):
2-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)
2-8 weeks to most other areas
Please note we're unable to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.
We’re happy to offer 30 day returns on any unworn, original conditioned items.
If you've received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, firstly….our apologies. We'll do our best to fix it asap!

Vinyl & CDs
We take care in shipping vinyl and do everything in our power to package it so it arrives to you in one piece in as good condition as possible. Please note we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will be able provide assistance by lodging claims with the carrier on your behalf, however a replacement or refund is not guaranteed. Please note this process can take 6-8 weeks.
All our shipments are carbon neutral!

Please place you order before midnight Wednesday 9th December 2020 for your order to arrive in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA or WA before Christmas.
